A. Courier & Delivery Information

1. Courier Partners

Frozaacart works with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of your orders, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Xpressbees

The courier partner is selected based on serviceability and delivery location.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • In rare cases (high order volume, operational delays, unforeseen circumstances), dispatch may take 4–5 business days or longer.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details along with the AWB number will be shared via email or SMS.

Please note: Some courier partners update tracking information only after the shipment has been picked up from the warehouse. Tracking details may become active post-pickup.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on location:

  • Metro & Major Cities: 2–3 business days

  • Other States & Regions: 4–5 business days

  • Rural / Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

  • We encourage prepaid orders for faster processing and reduced cancellation risk.

Frozaacart reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or customers with repeated order cancellations.


C. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are automatically shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the link provided via email/SMS.

  • If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 24–48 hours before contacting support.


For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
